Beginning October 5th, Brennan Corporate employees will begin a 10-day wellness challenge. This challenge is designed to give employees a chance to not only improve their own physical health, but also change their daily habits to better the environment, and challenge them to learn something new everyday.
Each day, employees are encouraged to do at least one of the following:
- Limit use of printer & paper
- Exercise (ex. walk during lunch)
- Pack their lunch
- Watch a Brennan University video and learn something new
What better time than now to start working toward redeveloping healthy habits we may have lost this year? It's important that despite being surrounded by so many uncontrollable factors, we still continue to take care of the things we can control: our own minds, physical wellness, and our environment. We encourage our friends to consider doing the same.
