This is Brennan’s second major international acquisition in the past year, following the October 2024 purchase of Coterflex Industrial in Brazil. With strong operations now in both South America and Australia, Brennan is expanding into new markets and building a stronger network to better serve customers worldwide.
Founded in 2012 with a strong reputation, Aussie Adaptors & Hydraulics P/L offers hydraulic adapters, quick release, couplers, ball valves, and other fluid transfer solutions. The company is known for its reliable supply and commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
Brennan pursued this acquisition due to Aussie Adaptors' positive reputation and alignment with their long-term interest in the Australian market.
